Q. Are you able to teach coping skills and meditation by remote telehealth access?

A. Yes. An in-person appointment is not required. We will accomplish what need in order for me to teach and share in order for to learn the methods of coping and various forms of meditation.

Q. Is it important that I consult with a registered dietitian (RD) for my nutrition needs?

A. Yes. As a registered dietitian I have years of formal education and have passed standardized exams and experiences that are not required of other persons offering nutrition services. Registered dietitians are held to particular standards of science and ethical obligations.

Q. How do you blend your nutrition and psychology services?

A. In many cases both the physical and emotional needs are apparent. It is important to consider your personality, relationships and your individuality when embarking on a health endeavor, whether nutritional or otherwise.
